At Flash Reproductions, we work tirelessly to source the best equipment and personnel to produce the highest quality offset printing in the industry.

Offering both waterless and conventional printing on paper and plastic we are one of the most diverse printers in Toronto. With our FSC certification and waterless printing we can offer you a more environmentally responsible product.

Our 20,000 square foot facility houses Heidelberg presses exclusively. All of our presses run plates, which are output directly from our Creo Trendsetter (direct-to-plate system), conventional AM screening (up to 200 line screen) or Staccato FM screening. We offer a wide variety of sheet sizes, caliber thickness and colour configurations to guarantee that every project is run efficiently.

  • The Speedmaster 74 CD is a 6-colour 23.5 x 29 inch press with an aqueous coater. This press can print paper or plastic from 4 pt. to 32 pt. Typical projects on the 74 include kit folders, magazines, brochures and posters.
  • Complementing the 74 is our Speedmaster 52, with a 14.5 x 20.5 inch sheet size. The 52 is a 4-colour press with an infrared drier; it can print up to 18 pt. on paper or plastic. Typical projects on the 52 include letterhead, business cards, envelopes and sell sheets.
  • Supporting the 52 is the Quickmaster 46, a 2-colour press with a 12 x 18 inch sheet size. Typical projects on the 46 include business card imprints, small or short run envelopes and price sheets.
  • In addition to our offset printing, we run a Heidelberg windmill letterpress with a 10 x 15 inch sheet size; this press allows us to foil stamp, emboss, number, perforate and die cut. Typical projects include business cards, letterhead and invitations.
